UNRELIABLE DELIVERY SERVICE

Absolutely disgusted by service today. I have a package coming that is URGENT. I gave an alternative number which they never called. Never tried to delivery just status changed to delivery failed. Tried calling numerous numbers, they try calling t=driving, no one answers. Meanwhile another R1000+ I am losing today because of that package not being delivered . I offer to drive to where he is on his way to, sorry they can't tell me. Now I am in a rural area so will have to wait till next week and lose thousands more! No one cares to contact you or answer
