Unreliable courier service

This is the second time I needed to collect/receive a parcel, just to find out it os full and the parcel had been returned to the hub. This is the most unreliable way to send a parcel. You never know when you will receive the parcel, and then when you left on holiday, because they are late, you have to struggle to get someone to fetch it. I would not recommend PUDO!
