Unreliable Courier Company

I don't know where to start but sometimes it's depressing whenever my parcel has to be delivered you're told stories. I received a call from this number, *** this person is a driver for TCG Company he asked my whereabouts and after being told he mentioned he don't know the place. I said I'd direct him but I realized the problem is not the place he just didn't want to come and deliver because he was insisting on leaving my parcel with someone I don't even know. I asked about the OTP he said they can temper with it, so basically that pin is void. The complain was about my location being far they cant deliver
