What a useless company, since Tuesday I have been waiting for them to pick up my parcel from Hamilton in Pta to take it to Dirco. Today it's even Friday they have not picked it up. All the excuses under the sun they gave me. From wrong driver, to having no drivers to ohh we forgot. All they say is your matter will be escalated and resolved. Clearly their support team does not know the meaning of the words they use. Clearly they don't know the meaning of resolve. My mistake was not reading the reviews before. I would not have used them. Trash of a company!!
