Unreliable

This is probably the worst courier company, it was my first time using it and I am extremely frustrated 😠 very poor service and bad customer care, it's been 3 weeks now the package is still not delivered, too quick to pick up bit when they have to deliver it's a different story and keep demanding money...I will stick to DHL period!
