UNRELIABLE

I made an OVERNIGHT shipment on Tuesday which I paid R500 for, from Durban to Bloemfontein and today is Friday, I haven't received my item. I called the call centre and I am being told it has not been transported to bloemfontein as yet. I am soo disappointed, I regret not reading the reviews first before using The Courier Guy. My work has been delayed and I will be without my laptop for I don't know how long. I don't suggest using them at all. Rather use postnet or fast way couriers.
