Unrelaible and ************* lying staff and manager cant even work their own computer system.

i booked in a parcel and paid for it on Monday 3 April 2025. it was not collected nor were any attempt **** to collect until i was almost suposed to receiv the parcel an i have to complain that the parcel was mot collect yet by the following thursday. the same thusrday 6 march i booked in a local overnight parcel and paid for it in full. they did not deliver the parcel on purpose and 3 different people gave me 3 different explenations, obvoicy lying about why it was not delivvered even tho it was paid for in full. obvoicly thy messed it up and was trying to cover up their mistake, this was not this first time this happened. it was a time sensetive parcel and contents is now useless., im colsing my 5 year old account with them now as they can not be trusted and take NO responsibility for their mess ups.
