UNPROFESSIONALISM AT COURIER GUY

I called The Courier Guy number *** and reception is very poor. First, someone answers and they starting talking to someone on the side and drop my call without saying a thing after 3:13 minutes of my minutes waiting to be answered to. Yhen I call the second time, a guy answers, also talks to someone on the side, chewing on my ears, then puts me on hold for over 1 mins 36 seconds and then comes back chewing in my ears, just to give me an email address. Thats another 4+ mins of my airtime for nothing
