Unprofessionalism and disregard for clients

I had a parcel that was out for delivery from Yellow sub trading. Upon delivery the Courier guy drivers reported to me that they were hijacked in Alexandra and I did not get my parcel. I called the company and they claimed they'll do a replacement procedure which was not done. Everytime I call the courier company I hold until the call gets cut off. The tracking number is UA***.
