Unprofessional, ************* and bad attitude.

My company is a customer of this pathetic service provider, but in this instance I was on the other end of the process. My insurance company was using them to collect a damaged iPad to be repaired. Without confirming when they would collect the device with me directly, they just showed up at my office on Monday without warning. I run a media agency and was with clients. So my team asked them to please call and confirm when would be the best time to collect (which you would think was obvious for a logistics company). But no, they showed up on Tuesday again, without me here and again were asked to please call, which they never did. Again today they show up, and this time I am here and ask the driver to wait for 5 minutes while I finish formatting it... he says nothing but walks out without confirming or telling me he'd come back later, and just leaves. <br> How can you run a professional service like this? <br> They are completely unprofessional and *************, and what's worse is that they head office then calls, doesn't apologise, he just made excuses and said it's not their problem. <br> He even had the audacity to tell me that i wasn't the client in this instance!<br> SHOCKING!
