Unprofessional Service. Very rude warehouse manager

This driver picked up parcel at 7am to deliver at 16:45 just before they knock off the warehouse in Nelspruit is telling me that they cannot get ahold of the driver on phone . What kind of unprofessiona service is this??? They do not work on weekends so does this mean the driver will have my parcel the whole weekend ? a whole 6 days to deliver a parcel? I am never using their services. What an inconvenience. The head office says there's nothing they can do
