Unprofessional service delivery

TCG ********** 3 I have been waiting for my parcel since Monday, your driver was very rude now it’s Wednesday you’re driver is keeping my parcel & I want it ASAP, please teach your driver customers manners it the first time ever arguing to the delivery guy for directions, he ended up telling me he won’t deliver just so he can show me his powers over my parcel just because he demanded an address instead of listening to my directions since I live in a rural area, we locate delivery to a school & the driver must call me when he gets there, so he ended up threatening me & yes he never delivered my parcel
