we have experienced the most ********* and disappointing service from The courier guys

we have been loyal customers for over a year booking our Takealot deliveries with the courier guy almost daily , we had chosen them for our deliveries as they are Takealot preferred couriers meaning they should know that Takealot had due dates that needs to be met , but now our Takealot account got suspended today because they failed to deliver our shipments on time and not only one delivery but multiple deliveries, i had called the supervisor in Cape Town today about a delivery that was collected by them Wednesday already he advised that our shipments were received Friday morning at 2 am, meaning they had the whole Friday to ensure that our shipments were indeed booked for today yet they never did, also whenever they experience issues with our shipments they never bother to let us know we ALWAYS have to call after them.

Due to this, not only is our Takealot account affected negatively but also our business
