Unprofessional service

I don’t know why Croc sa is using the courier guy for their deleveries. The courier guy company is so unprofessional. They were supposed to collect a parcel from me yesterday as I’m returning something to crocs sa. They didn’t collect it. Reason for not collecting: Driver already serviced area. Today at 09:24 I get the same message that they won’t be collecting the package because driver already serviced the area they wanted to let me know that, unfortunately, they missed the chance to collect my shipment.

Waited the whole day for them yesterday they didn’t come. Cancelled my plans for today, for them to collect my package. They still not going to come. Meaning I have to be at home tomorrow again. This is so inconveniencing and unprofessional
