Unprofessional/************* moving company - Don’t waste your money

Yoh. The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Parcel has been missing for 3 weeks now and NO ONE has bothered to contact me not even an sms. Those at the JHB offices are particularly unhelpful…all they do is promise someone will contact me urgently…I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks to be contacted :). I’d suggest insuring your parcel OR just using another company
