Unprofessional drivers and damage parcel

Totally unprofessional drivers!! I greet the driver and got no response, the driver went to the back of the car to get the parcels, digging them out under the heavy parcel and then dropping them on the ground even though the the parcels says fragile and do not place parcels on top of it. After the driver dropped them on the ground he left and I had to pick them up. I open them to see damaged products inside!! Will never use this useless company again!!
