Unprofessional delivery agents at The Courier Guy

Hi,

The service I have received from the company is below standards. I purchased an item online and the company I purchased from has a 2 to 4 day delivery promise using The Courier guy.

My item is with the courier guy since Thursday, through updates and one of their delivery agents contacted me on Friday morning confirming "Meeting points" while I was promised a front-door delivery when making my purchase. Another agent contacted me but they were at a wrong meeting point yet promised to deliver the afternoon of the same day, Friday 25 September 2020.

I had to enquire this morning only for client service to tell me I will get my item on Monday. They system updates claims I was not available and could not be reached on cellphone and this is not true.
