UNPROFESSIONAL

Very unprofessional, I called to inquire about a parcel which I have received, they said it show it’s been going out and coming back mind you I’m all week everyday so I don’t understand how I haven’t received it since it shows it’s been going out for delivery. They gave me the MOKOPANE contact details why I haven’t received my parcel, when I call the lady who answered said I should call after 15 minutes, after 15 minutes their landline is off. What should happen now ? I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism now even the 086 number is off
