Unprofessional
Very unprofessional, I do understand there’s a turn around time, but I don’t appreciate the that I phoned someone to assist him and I phoned him back he doesn’t not answer the phone and it wasn’t even that long.

23 Sept 2025, 15:35You are being very unhelpful, as I did acknowledge that there might be a turnover time for the drivers, that does not mean they should not answer their phone when trying to arrange and it wasn’t even that long after I spoke to my mother then he didn’t answer or have the decency to tell me he had left.
