Unprofessional courier guy

Would not recommend using courier guy. Had to have a package delivered today 4/01/2022 Received a message to say the driver will be there in 5 min. Waited the whole day as I think they might be delayed. Checked my tracking number to find that the package was delivered. Phone head office to track parcel. Lady tells me that the package was delivered and sighed for. I explained to her I have not received or signed for any package. She finds the driver and he tells her that he could not find my address so he just delivered the package in the street I stay in at our local stationary place and that I should go pick it up. Firstly the package has a password so how does he just give it to anyone Second now I must go search for my own package he just left somewhere UNPROFESSIONAL
