UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER

I have been home since Thursday, 30th May 2024 waiting for my parcel and I haven't got it up to this hour. The driver never phoned me or hooter outside for me to be able to get my parcel instead he keeps returning it to their hub. When I call and request the number of the driver who has my parcel, they say they don't give out numbers but they don't help me.

If you are doing a business please don't use them as your courier, they are so unprofessional.
