Unprofessional and unhelpful

I seem to have the worst of luck with this company, I ordered an item from Johannesburg and could not pick the courier as I would have never picked this one, anyway called 3 times only to be told the driver is in my area. It has been 3 hours since I was told that and still nothing, I've wasted an entire day waiting for a package only to be told I have to wait the next day as well due to there being a lack of staff and only one driver for the area. The customer service was great however there seems to be a lack of communication between the customer service agents and drivers because I cannot seem to get a straight answer on the first call. Honestly would not recommend. I would rather pay a little extra next time and use a better more reliable courier
