Unprofessional and Rude Service

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional service I experienced during a delivery this morning. The interaction became unnecessarily tense due to a misunderstanding regarding the delivery PIN.

The driver requested that I "view OTP" on my phone; however, as I was expecting a PIN via SMS or Whatsapp like previously and not a traditional one-time password (OTP), I asked for clarification.

Instead of assisting me professionally, the driver became dismissive and rude, eventually telling me "don't complain" when I tried to resolve the matter.This behavior is quite disturbing and falls short of the service standards I expect from your company.
