Unprofessional and Rude Driver- Pietermaritzburg

Kindly be advised that the aforementioned parcel, slated for delivery today, encountered an issue. As a regular user of The Courier Guy services, this marked the first instance of encountering a driver displaying discourteous behavior.

The delivery destination encompasses two plants—one situated on Endendale Road and the other on the Campsdrift side across the river. Typically, drivers accommodate deliveries to either plant. However, today's driver declined to deliver to the Campsdrift plant, despite its proximity (approximately a 5-minute drive for the driver).

In an effort to facilitate the delivery, I agreed to meet the driver, necessitating a 15-minute walk. Regrettably, upon my arrival, I was informed that the driver had already departed and was engaged in deliveries at a neighboring factory. Despite requesting the delivery of my parcel, the response I received was not only unprofessional but also discourteous, with the driver insisting that I either retrieve the parcel from him by foot wherever he was or cancel the order.

My primary concern lies in the exhibited attitude towards customers and the evident lack of professionalism in this particular interaction.
