Unprofessional and Rude

The Courier Guy in Tzaneen- Good day, I sent someone to collect my parcels at the Tzaneen Branch on Saturday, he was told that they need proof of payment. I was at the office on Friday but was never told that the proof of payment I sent was incorrect. This is very unfair and unprofessional as I even received e-mail confirmation/acknowledgement and no one said anything to me. I even asked while I was in the branch if there is anything they will need from me and I was not informed of any document needed. They spoke in Afrikaans and I assumed all was in order. I feel discriminated in this regard, the gentleman I asked to collect the parcels was told to come back on Monday morning as the system is not working. My advice is that if a customer is standing in front of you, speak in English not the language a customer does not know or understand- that is rude.
