UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So disappointed with you guys. Our parcel suppose to arrive on the Tuesday/Wednesday and on the Friday thereafter it's still not delivered. Spent over an hour holding for one of your agents to answer to sort the issue out and still no answer. Eventually got through and then your staff says your vehicles are to small to do the delivery but it was collected from you guys in your vehicle. Don't recommend this unprofessional service. Definitely not using your services ever again! Pathetic service!
