Unprofessional and Lack of respect and responsibility

I am not impressed at all with courier guy any more. I own a small business, and we sent many many packages with courier guy and never had issues at all with the Randburg ops Manager, Blaine, but low and behold, I move to working from home and I have constant issues with collections and deliveries with courier ever since. I don't know if it is because Lucky the ops manager does know what he is doing, but it is getting to a point of total and utter non sense. I am loosing many clients due to this incompetence and lack of response. I have what'sapp messages that are just being ignored. For days on end. And no matter how often I complain or my clients complain this manager stays employed.
