Unprofessional and disappointing service

The Courier Guy, Rustenburg branch has given us awful service. Our package was delivered late and quite damaged... we have tried to go through customer care on their website but no responsibility or rectifying action has been taken or suggested . Instead we we told that the driver said he handed the package over fine, without any damage, then there was feedback just saying that that driver no longer works for them, then there was feedback saying it was damages in kuruman already... so clearly someone is lying. There has been no effort made to take responsibility for their bad service and the feedback has been unhelpful and thus far meaningless...
