Unpleasant to deal with

They call one of their options “overnight”. Why would they call it that if it is definitely not overnight but over a few days. This is only one of a few unpleasant experiences I have had with them. They also loose packages and couldn’t care less how urgently you need those items to keep your business afloat. They only scan ONE of a series of packages that need to get to you. So when the others go missing then a lot of finger pointing happens and no one is there to help you out as the client. Only when you get fedup and start phoning general managers then only they start to follow camera footage to try and figure out where your missing packages are. Once this procedure has been completed it is about another week later and the items you need to complete a specific job for one of your clients is WAY past due and you yourself sit with the consequences and NOT THE COURIER GUY as it should be! They are a HIGHLY FRUSTRATING AND TEMPER INDUCING company to deal with. You are NEVER confident and assured to receive your packages in a timely fashion among other issues.....
