Unpaid claims for damages, lost parcel, and late delivery.

In the last 4 parcels The Courier Guy "handled", 3 of them were a disaster. One parcel got lost, one was delivered late (ONX urgent paid for delivery), after I had to go to the local kiosk in Heidelberg to collect as it was still in the driver's bakkie mid-afternoon, and one was damaged (packaged by The Courier Guy).

They refused to be held liable for the damaged item (damage = R400) as their terms and conditions state they cannot be held responsible for damages, although they are still getting paid to do it.
