UNORGANISED - UNPROFESSIONAL

I have visited The Courier Guy Malmesbury in person to arrange the pick up of an Organ and 2 speakers in Benoni today, 12/11/2021 @ 9am. I gave them the specification to the detail and asked them to quote me thereon. I accepted the quote and they confirm the pickup. This morning at 11 am The Courier Guy phoned and told us they are at the Premises where the package will be picked up. We confirmed that we are on our way, because they are late we had other arrangements also. We where 1 minute away from the premises when they phoned and they just said they cannot wait for us they are coming back later. After we waited for them for 2 hours long this is the comment they made. They later arrived 1pm in the afternoon with a Nissan NP200 with a canopy. They new the size of the package which is an Organ and 2 speakers, but still they send out a small bakkie to pick the package up. They now have to return back to the office and request for a new delivery with a truck. This will most probably only happen in next week. This is absolutely unprofessional and unorganized. What is the point of filling out long lists of forms detailing the measurements if they do not apply their basic common sense to arrange for the pick of this package. Very disappointed in The Courier Guy.
