Unlocated parcel

After so many calls i did trying to located my lost parcel.i finaly found it....everything got easy after i sent them screenshots of every stage of thr parcel.so if they could only see the current info which says i did not deposit in the locker then were did i get the other info which said otherwise...id still give it chance,i believe systems can fail sometimes bcos they are also operated by people n mistakes happens and we learn from them....3stars for now
