UNHEARD AND UNHELPED

The lady at the Ballito branch who answered the phone 15/12/23 should just quit the job, there are people who would di better because she seems unhappy at her job. Alternatively the company will lose customers because of her as the front liner and our first experience with the business. She is sooooo unfriendly and rude. I call the company needing assistance, she says she cant hear me clearly because there is back ground noise. I apologise and ask her to give me a second to move outside, she just sommer hangs up. I call back she picks up the phone and hangs up again without even saying anything just to get it off the hook. She has not yet heard my request yet already not helpful. I called back 6 times & she just didnt answer. I WAS NOT HELPED NOR HEARD So disappointed
