Unhappy with the service

I have experienced the worst service with this company, I had a parcel sent from Cape Town on the 2nd of June to PE and it still hasn’t arrived. This morning I have been calling them since 9am they keep hanging up on me or if they answer they are rude and unprofessional and they transfer me to numerous departments and end up hanging up on me. The last person I spoke to is Melanie and when I told her my frustration and and how many times I have been calling she literally told me she will hang up on me if I don’t give her the waybill number for her to check and when I asked her does she acknowledge what I’m telling her she said it’s not her fault that anybody hung up on me and took the waybill number and said she will go find the person that was meant to deliver my parcel and tell them to call me in 15 minutes.
