Unhappy with The Courier Guy service
The courier guys do not contact the recipient. Instead send several messages on their platform showing that the parcel has been returned to the hub on several occasions. The experience is frustrating and engaging them on whatsapp or through their bot is not helping either. On all occasions I included waybill number. I am frustrated
