Unhappy with the company's covid measures

I paid the full amount for door to door service. Today, at 8am I am called by the driver telling me that I have to go to the police station to fetch my parcel. How is that fair?! I pay the full amount for a Service--and then I have to waste my petrol (money again) to go fetch my parcel?!

The driver told me it's due to covid. LOL WAIT A MINUTE... Before taking my parcel the DRIVER GIVES ME A RECEIPT AND PEN SO THAT I CAN SIGN THAT I RECEIVED THE PARCEL (If things changed, why is there still that. I mean there's a possible risk of getting it as well).

I have used RAM, ARAMEX and many more and they deliver in front of your house and there is a digital system that confirms receipt.

I am requesting my money back, as I received half the service that was promised to me.

AND I WON'T BE USING "THE COURIER GUY" SERVICE ANYMORE AND I AM ALSO GOING TO LET PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THIS.
