Unhappy

I've had the worst first time experience with this courier company. For some reason they conclude that my arear is risky but the day before received deliveries from other courier. Being on maternity they don't even care about clients at all.why should they accept to deliver if they know for certain they want meet half way.Im so not happy with even their support system. if the online shop i ordered from don't change them definitely they are ruined.SLA is not even in their vocab because they care less...UNHAPPY and MAD!!!
