Unhappy customer

Good day.

Im very unhappy with the service I received with "The Courier Guy" today.

They guy from THE Courier Guy was in line to collect my parcel and he gave me a call and said it's taking too long.

I told him to go to the counter and collect the parcel.

Which he just after that send me a message saying he is leaving now.

I spoke to the people at BSC Stationary and the informed me no one came to the counter to collect my stuff.

I did not get the name of the guy but his cell number is *** (Guy from Courier Guy).

I then tried to speak to "The Courier Guy" Johannesburg branch which the put me on hold twice and calls got kicked off. See the screen shot how long I waited.

I use The Courier Guy every single week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. So for me to get service like this is not on. Sure you guys won't mind loosing a client like myself.

Hope you guys can better the service and educate the guys better to communicate with the clients.

I will see what's the response on this before I give you a rating on Hello Peter.
