Unhappy customer

My custom-made teak table from Joburg arrived broken via Courier Guy to Cape Town. Despite agreeing to transport it, they deny responsibility, stating they don't handle furniture. Despite efforts to resolve the issue, the courier company refuses to take any accountability. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company.
