Unhappy Client. Poor service

On friday the 15th january 2021.i booked a parcel to be delivered to me. On Monday the collected the parcel and on Tuesday they delivered it to the wrong person. Tuesday the arranged to collect from the wrong client and woud have send it back to me. The worcester lady who assist is helpful but Herm**** branch is useless and does not even phone a client back. I use courrier guy because you always have the best service and is quick to deliver. There is earthworms in the parcel and most probably dead by now. And stil no parcel delivered to me. Im really unhappy with this service. On friday 22nd they delivered my parcel and the worms was all dead. I mailed head office right away and on monday i mailed again and still no feedback.
