Unhappy Client - Courier Guy Pretoria

I received a call from their Pretoria branch and they informed me to collect my order at a local police station in Atteridgeville as a door-to-door option wasn't available in my area.

I went to the location and my order wasn't in the van, I didn't receive a tracking number, and no call from the delivery person.

I followed up numerous times with the receptionist to get a tracking number.
