Unhappy client

OPT-***) (Type: Delivery rescheduled) They keep rescheduling my delivery yet no attempt to call me as a client. I’ve asked for proof of calls made? No response. I was at home the whole day with a plumber.. so it’s a lie from the Delivery Guy.
