UNHAPPY

No words can explain the incompetence experienced! I mean I communicated with their head office, Branch Manager (Witbank) and it still didn't help. Communication is so poor, it's even better if I had collected the parcel self had I known. Parcel picked up on the 4th and it's the 11th today, only to realize there was an email sent to say my package was delivered. After making calls all over, they told me that it's only now that the parcel is being picked up!
