Unhappy about their service

I am so unhappy with them. Friday they were supposed to deliver my parcel they said it has failed. Okay, when I saw that I sent emails so that it doesn’t fail again told them they must leave it with the security at my workplace they understood. This morning I called many time reminding them to leave it there, the lady who was helping me said “ the operation is well aware to ensure that the order is delivered to security.” I recently tracked my order guess what delivery failed🚮
