UNFULFILLED DELIVERY COLLECTED FROM TAKEALOT

I booked a collection from Takealot, and it was fully collected, but on the 11th a delivery came with part of the items, and I questioned the delivery and request that they find the missing items without signing for the partial delivery. The next day, the 12th, they delivered to my employee the item that was missing on the 11th, but this time without the items they tried to deliver on the 11th. Now as I questioned why the 1 box they collected from Takealot was separated and delivered in two deliveries, no one answers. They cannot even explain where are the missing items they tried to deliver on the 11th. They don't even deserve a 1 star rating, but ZERO!!!
