Unfriendly and VERY unprofessional. I do not recommend!

I went to Welkom branch to dispatch some documents. The person who I had to deal with (I can not say the person who helped me, because it looked like he did not want to be there himself..) was rude, unfriendly and very unprofessional. During Covid it is very stressful to go anywhere so I go prepared, I know I will have to stand in line or behind a line etc. He basically made me feel very unwelcome at the shop, told me to go outside (I was just standing outside the door!!). Then another customer had to tell me to go inside to be served because he did not seem to want to call me into the store. He looked irritated as he took the documents from me in a very impolite manner, also directed me rudely to go fill in a waybill. When I returned he seemed even more less happy to help me. AND during this time while I was being "helped" he and his other male colleague were busy discussing the personal life of the female customer that was there before me.!! Very inappropriate! Eventually when I got to payment stage, he told his colleague that he had to go to the toilet and that he was not happy (he cursed somewhat). How do you conduct yourself in that manner? Your behavior is simply disgusting. If you work in a customer service type job then customer service should be important?! Get some manners as well! I will not be using this courier service again, I never believed the bad reviews until I had to post my experience!
