Unfair treatment where the lady was supposed to give us a parcel on Monday she made us drive to a location in Polokwane nirvana,she didn't pitch and had stinking attitude on the phone .she told us she would be here on Tuesday we spent the whole day at home even when we had appointments and rescheduled.There was no communication from her side .she then continued to call us and say she is a street away from our home when we told her we were at medi clinic for a radiologist appointment we rushed home from the appointment it took me 5 minutes to get home she didn't communicate that she is leaving the location because of protocol as we were on a call she was like she left we waited for 20 minutes for her to arrive mind you westernburg is not far it's a 5 minutes drive when driving 30km per hour but we waited when she finally got here the package was torn open
