Unfair practises

Hi I went to courier guy Kathu. I asked the man at the front desk how much it will cost to fetch 2 parts a side mirror and a grill for my ranger bakkie. I did say combined it won't weigh more than 5kg. After the man took rough estimates he quoted me R180. I went back and then had the first desk helps colleague assist me. This man went to my bakkie and took exact sizes of both parts. He quoted me R225. I accepted. When the parts arrived I was charged R225 for each part. But they when quoting me knew it was 2 parts not weighing more than 5 kg. Upon weighing the parts in front of me it weighed 4.7kg. I refused to pay as I did not have that money and I was quoted far less. I then asked the man to return the parts. He then took it to their storage area without saying a word. I complained to the head office. Then after 7 days I got a call from head office telling me to fetch the parts before 20 days as they will sell it. And only then did she mention a R50 a day storage fee per part per day. Parts were never returned. She then accused me of not providing the correct size of the grill. I told her that the employee of courier guy took the measurement of the grill while my friend sat in my bakkie.
