Unexpected failure in delivering my parcel

For today. I ordered stuff from Pretoria, this specific business use Courier Guy, now normally I don't have any problems with them, this morning I recieved a mail that says that my parcel is out for delivery today(The 4th of August, by the time I am typing this(19H59)still nothing, no phone call, zilch.
