The Courier Guy in Kimberley is the worst ever. We use to deal with these people on a cash basis then the manager advised my business partner that we will save more money if we work on a cash account basis where we need to pay in an amount and we book and track our own parcels. now we spend way more money as the rates is double if not triple what we would normally have paid. We requested this morning that we no longer want to use this cash account system any longer and then they refuse to change it to the cash option that we first used.
